The Texas Carpenters and Millwrights Training Trust Fund provides one of the top carpenter and millwright apprenticeship and journeyman upgrade training programs in the nation. From safety and technical skills to communication and leadership skills, we train professional carpenters and millwrights to be productive, safe, and technically proficient in their skills, and a leader on the job site.
Congrats to Erick Morones, LU 1266, who earned his Completion of Apprenticeship certificate from the DOL. He is now a full-fledged journeyman and doing a great job at Standard Drywall Inc.

We deliver training to about 10,000 pro carpenters and millwrights from the Central South Carpenters Regional Council and the Southern States Millwright Regional Council.
The UBC places a top priority on developing the total professional carpenter and millwright: Someone who is not only a technical expert in their craft, but who also demonstrate effective communication and leadership qualities.
The UBC invests more than $200 million every year into training through its International Training Center (ITC). Hundreds of courses are created, refined, and offered in either a “train-the-trainer” format or in direct member education.
